Following a surge in demand for flights to the island, easyJet has launched a new route from Edinburgh. This is great news and adds more choice to travellers from Scotland.
Flights from the Scottish capital to Lanzarote commence on 7th November, and are scheduled to be twice weekly (Wednesdays and Saturdays) until the end of March.
Meanwhile, Jet2 resume their operations to Lanzarote on 31st October.
Travellers from the UK are making late plans to grab a winter break on the island after the UK government added the Canary Islands to its safe travel list, meaning there is no quarantine requirement on return to the UK.
