Lanza.Rentals is the platform to hook up travellers and owners or local agents. We are not involved in any bookings made, nor are we responsible for pricing or any other details provided by owners or agents.
For us it's all about making the process simpler for both the traveller and owner or agent avoids unnecessary large service fees or commissions to distant large corporations.
We have been renting our own property on the island since 2011, and also acting as an agent for other people's villas, via our original website VillasPlayaBlanca. That website is completely separate, however we have used our experience to develop Lanza.Rentals. We know what it is like to be an owner frustrated at the rise of the giant American corporations' websites, cutting our commission and taking control of our own properties.
