We feel the monopoly by the likes of Vrbo and Airbnb has made the situation worse for both travellers and property owners.

How does it work?

We're simply emulating the old Owners Direct model, we allow you as the owner to receive your enquiries directly and deal with everything from there. There's no interference from us.

We are not involved in your bookings. Any bookings and booking conditions are strictly between you as the owner or agent and the traveller. We're simply there to generate enquiries that lead to bookings.

There's no contract, so you're not locked in and can leave at any time.

How much is it?

It's just £37.99 per year per property. For owners and agents with multi properties please contact us, as there is discount for those with three properties or more.

About Lanza.Rentals

We are a small family team and property owners ourselves. In recent years, we've become all too aware and frustrated by the power of the giant American corporations taking over the traditional owner-traveller booking model. It's made it more expensive for travellers and for us, with the likes of Vrbo charging the owner to list their property, then charging the traveller a commission, and finally charging the owner a service fee to send the owner's own money!

Since 2011 we have been renting properties in Lanzarote, via our original website VillasPlayaBlanca www.villasplayablanca.co.uk That website is completely separate, however we have used our years of experience to develop Lanza.Rentals. As VillasPlayaBlanca, we believe we were the first Lanzarote-only website to introduce online booking and online card payments for renting villas in the resort. In 2018 we aired on the BBC's "Get Away for Winter" with two of our properties featuring on TV. In 2020 we launched Lanza.Rentals.
