Cancellation Policy
Deposit is refundable until 8 weeks before arrival. Less than 8 weeks notice on cancellation 25% will be deducted from the deposit. Less than 6 weeks notice on cancellation 50% will be deducted from the deposit. Less than 4 weeks notice of cancellation full deposit will be retained as too late to fill the property
