Villa 590 is a modern, clean, luxurious villa in an enviable location, and with spectacular views.Situated within easy walking distance of the sea, the shops and restaurants at the fabulous Marina Rubicon, local supermarkets and bars. It is in an elevated position overlooking the marina, and across the sea to Fuerteventura. Although a hire car would be an advantage, it isn’t necessary as there are regular buses between Playa Blanca / the airport / Arrecife.

There is a local bus stop located conveniently close by, as well as an e-scooter pick-up/drop-off point. The lovely town of Playa Blanca, with its fantastic shops, restaurants, bars and beach-front promenade is less than a mile away to the west, and the stunning beaches at Papagayo (renowned as the best in Lanzarote) are a similar distance away to the south.

The villa itself is modern with chic and stylish docoration throughout. Upon entry to the villa there is a private gated parking area, leading to a south facing pool and sunbathing area with sea views. The private pool is electrically heated in the cooler months and surrounded by lava stone tiles. Away from the pool is a shaded dining and BBQ area, and an outdoor pool table..
