Carlara is superb 5 Star modern villa, you will be 250m from the amazing Sea front promenade walk to Playa Blanca, along the Atlantic sea's edge, where there are 2 lighthouses and Fuerteventura & Los Lobos views. This is a single storey, L shaped villa, with 3 air conditioned bedrooms, all over looking the private pool, not overlooked. The electric heated swimming pool faces south, so it receives lots of the wonderful sunshine, and there is also a huge shady pergola, all this in a large plot of 750 sq mtrs; complete with large outdoor dining table and dedicated barbecue area. Whilst being so close to local amenities, shops and excellent restaurants, Carlara offers unique outdoor privacy, within our mature established Canarian garden, surrounded by a volcanic rock wall. Enabling you to eat alfresco, dine out or have multiple choice take away. Has a safe and security alarm system. 2+ car park spaces and only 2mins walk to the nearest bakery, restaurants, takeaway, pubs and small supermarket with UK newspapers. Our local English agents Jo and Kevin are on hand, based in Playa Blanca are 10 minutes away, who manage the villa and the supporting services. If there are any issues, they are contactable to provide assistance and provide a great welcome pack of bread, cheese, ham and marmalade, butter, water, wine, coffee, tea, orange juice, milk & bathroom tissues. The cleaning team ensure that the villa and linen is scrupulously cleaned before your arrival, they have very high standards. The same with the pool, which is tested twice a week, balanced and cleaned. We are always replacing and upgrading things in our villa, and pay a close eye to detail as we really do want you to enjoy your holiday and tell everyone about us.

Situated in a very small cul-de-sac (1 of 2 villas with its own private road)
There is no passing traffic or pedestrians/passers by. Situated in the far
south of the island which receives the best weather most of the time ! Local
bus service runs every 30 mins from 06.30 am to 11pm at night, and taxi's
pick up from the villa or the local bar.
The nearest beach Calimera is only 15 mins walk, local dive centre 2.5 kms,
golf course 35 mins drive; The centre of Playa Blanca 5 mins drive and the
taxi from the villa is just about €3 euro. The new bus service approx
€1.50 a trip, only one minute walk from the villa and runs every 30 mins.
Carlara is really spacious, designer styled and decorated, our luxury villa has cool marble floors throughout. A Single storey building, so good for youngsters & elderly, the villa has 3 bedrooms, 3 bath/shower/wash rooms; all with access for wheelchair users. Please note the two handle bars for easy access to help into the pool.
The spacious lounge, with guest coin op air con, (as there is a double patio doors and is open plan) There is also a large fan available.
The 3 very comfortable leather sofas are covered with throws, with cushions and poufe. A 46" widescreen TV with digital HD satellite package with SKY Sports & Family viewing package; And XBox +3 games. DVD player with more than 250 films great for all the family. A small library of books along with island information and brochures are available for guests use. An in depth villa manual is always emailed direct to you before travelling, emailed on request.
Adjoining the lounge thro' to the kitchen there is a breakfast bar; here you
may enjoy a breakfast of delicious fresh muffins from the local bakery (only
2 mins away). Also great as the 'cook' can still join in with everyone ! We
have provided cookery books, like barbeque and cocktails so you can
experiment if you wish.
The double patio doors open out onto the huge sun area with a huge12'x18'
(8x4 metres) shaded pergola and electrically heated pool, so always warm.
30+ degrees is soooo great! and the pool is tested and treated & cleaned
twice a week . Sun loungers come with 'Texoline' foam mattresses and very
comfy. The whole patio area and pool face south west, giving great
sunbathing, yet there is a huge pergola roof affording some good shade.
The new outdoor sofa suite is terrific just right to have a snooze in the shade

All bedrooms have Free Air-Conditioning and high cathedral ceilings allowing the cool air to circulate and allowing you to keep the windows closed & any odd mozzie out ! Wonderful marble floors throughout and Italian marble bathrooms. A DVD/TV player is provided in each room.

The Colonial style Master bedroom suite with Free Air-conditioning/heating, has a specialist Memory mattress, Super-Kingsize bed (6' x 6'6), along with 100% cotton Ralph Lauren designer beautiful linen and a good choice of different types of pillow, all of excellent quality. There is a spacious walkthrough changing room with plenty of solid teak wardrobe space & wooden hangers. A dressing table with 3 mirrors and stool nicely fits into the big master bedroom and your own hair dryer, TV & DVD. Plenty of space for a cot or another bed. New - dark blinds to help you sleep in !
Patio doors open onto the heated pool & sun terrace great for just stepping
out for a morning dip! Plenty of pool/beach towels are provided, saving on
your luggage allowance. Part of the master suite provides an En-suite bathroom, that includes bidet, shower and bath, & loo.
A further 2 twin bedded rooms, (one room has new mattresses) with
air-conditioning/heating, 100% cotton Ralph Lauren designer linen, DVD/TV, & has lots of wardrobe space and plenty of hangers and 2 hairdryers, have their respective bathrooms/wc's opposite; all overlook the pool and sun terrace.
The twin beds can be linked together with kingsize mattress comforter and
kingsize 100% cotton designer linen (small charge £25).
All bedrooms have 100% cotton linen from designers like Ralph Lauren, thick Egyptian Fenn Wright Manson designers quality cotton towels and large bath sheets; Do not forget, a choice of pillow, tempur, white goose down, foam and hollow fibre, and more!

cooler box for trips to the beach.
The fully fitted kitchen has every amenity, dishwasher, fridge/freezer,
ceramc hob & oven and great selection of dinner ware, serving dishes, we
even have a serving trolley! ordinary glasses and cut crystal glasses for
indoors; plus lots of quality extras like blender stick, wok, cafeteire,
micro with grill, plus all the normal items. Just shipped in new Denby dinner
service and Aynsley coffee service!
All rooms overlook the private, south west facing, electrically thermostatic
heated private pool, up to 30 degrees if you wish (all year round at no extra charge) with great sun terrace and large pergola shaded dining terrace, includes quality sun loungers, with designer luxury Thick Mattresses; extra beach/pool towels and some inflatable pool toys, saving weight in your luggage !
For ease of access the pool, has two handle bars and Roman steps, and this is cleaned and tested twice a week. Recently refurbished with new filters, pump and heater.
All of this is surrounded by a 1.5 metre wall with a 1.5 metre Trellis fence
on top all surrounding a wonderful sub-tropical planted garden, with Palm
Trees, Birds of Paradise, Oleander, Cactus and Bouganvillea, and is well
maintained monthly.
Meals can take place in the ‘Al fresco eating area’ , a spacious covered
dining terrace with huge rustic table that can seat 10, so inviting friends
is no problem. Rustic seating with designer thick cushions, Lead crystal
glasses, silver ice bucket, great dinner-ware, make dining a sheer pleasure.
Even an outside fridge is provided to keep wind and beer chilled, and drinks/food trolley to help set the table & clear up!!
There is a huge brick built Canarian barbecue in the sub tropical planted
garden. Or, if you prefer, you may wish to dine in the Atrium on the modern
marble dining table and chairs with cushions.
In the kitchen, we have provided for guests everything you would expect at home, including Fridge freezer, dishwasher, electric oven and ceramic cooker hob, microwave, coffee machine. Plus for the 'master chef guests', we have provided most of the utensils you could possibly need, plus all the dishes, glassware, pots and pans, to prepare your 'culinary magic'!
We have recently provided a dedicated plumbed in filtered drinking water tap; the days of carrying huge 5 litre canisters of water are over !
There is a separate laundry area, off the kitchen, which has an individual large capacity washing machine and a tumble dryer, iron /ironing board, airing frame.
We also store in here, the grill and cooking tools for the external barbecue, plus cleaning tools and lockable storge bunker for those who may wish to stay longer term.
We also provide a children's cot and Z beds, for those who may wish extra guests to stay over the 6 persons.
We have a solar pool cover, that overnight or when not in use can retain the heat in the pool and to assist us in our sustainability in reducing the need for excessive pool heating.
