Villa Aduen is a lovely well-appointed 3 bedroom villa, which is bright, fresh and airy, and also enjoys an elevated position at the foot of Montana Roja. The villa is situated in the Bella Vista; which is a small gated community in the area of Playa Blanca. Although completely private due to the raised walls, the garden and pool area offers an open outlook onto the stunning Ajache Mountains. The location is ideal for those looking for peace and quiet however, is still within walking distance to beaches, bars, restaurants and water parks.The Villa is maintained to the highest possible standard and is somewhere where we still think of as home and visit regularly. We take much enjoyment out of the fact other get to share in our dreams. When we viewed this property prior to purchase we were absolutely bowled over by the amazing views over the pache mountains and the beautiful extensive pool side surroundings creating a relaxing holiday atmosphere.The area is very peaceful and tranquil with beautiful surroundings. This villa would suit both couples and families looking for a relaxing retreat or a fun field family adventure. All in all our villa caters for all tastes.

Playa Blanca is the most southerly resort on the island of Lanzarote, it is approximately 37 kilometres from the Island’s capital Arrecife and 33 kilometres from the airport. There are two marinas in Playa Blanca which offer, plenty of cafés, restaurants, bars, and shops with a relaxed atmosphere that make Playa Blanca the perfect place for a quieter, more sophisticated holiday in Lanzarote. There are golf courses on the Island which are in easy reach of the villa by car. The main area of the villa is open plan and is ideal for entertaining with direct access to the extensive terrace and feature window overlooking an internal garden. There is a TV with DVD player, sofas and air-con unit. The kitchen has only just been put in so is brand new (Jan 2020) has everything you might need on a self-catering break, including a good size fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher, hob and oven, washing machine and a wide range of kitchenware. The villa has three bedrooms. Two doubles, one with an en-suite bathroom, and one twin bedroom, both bathrooms have a bath, toilet and shower. All bedrooms have coin operated air conditioning Externally the property offers a large covered terrace for al fresco living and dining, and further sun terraces surrounding the swimming pool which has recently been refurbished.

The is also a beautiful new garden which makes the vast open space feel very warming. A useful outside bathroom can be accessed from the terrace which includes toilet and shower. The heated pool is 7 x 4 meters, and is adjacent to a pleasant seating area with sunbeds. The outside pool area is really large and it allows you to relax peacefully without being on top of each other, or if you have kids keep them far enough away so you can grab them spare 10 minutes of relaxation.

Pricing Policy

A 25% deposit is required to secure your booking

The remaining 75% is required 60 days prior to check in

A £250 securoty depsoit is required 60 days prior to check in (this will be returned within 7 days post check out)

Cleaning, and linen is all included in the price

Pool Heating is included Oct - Apr

Pool Heating will cost £100 a week between May and Sept

Travel Cot, Highchair upon request and at a cost of £15 per week

There will be no refunds within 60 days of arrival

The deposit is non refundable
