On the ground floor the living areas and 2 of the 4 bedrooms lead off from the spacious entrance hall and new second lounge area created to take full advantage of the stunning views in stylish comfort, the recently fitted glazed sliding doors lead onto the upper terrace which has a corner seating area also with panoramic views out to sea and the neighbouring Island of Fuerteventura. Perfect for relaxing with a book and early evening cocktails to watch the sun setting.

Steps lead down to the large heated swimming pool (10 x 4) and patio area perfect for sunbathing in total privacy. The jacuzzi is also on this terrace. The terrace also leads down steps to the spacious bedrooms both with coin operated air conditioning each with a luxury en suite bathroom fitted to a high specification. There is no internal access to the 2 lower bedrooms from the ground floor. The lower floor is accessed from the lower floor patio doors.
