Casa Florence is a modern bungalow in Matagorda with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The villa sleeps 4 adults or 2 adults and 2 children, it is only a few minutes stroll to the beach, restaurants and shops. It has a south facing garden with sun loungers which takes in the sun all day, so no need to move from the property if you don’t want to. We have wifi and tv. We have 2 comfortable settees to relax on in the evening. The kitchen is fully fitted with an oven, hob, dishwasher, microwave & washing machine. We have a safe in the villa to leave your belongings in. There is parking outside the property. The bungalow is for couples and families and set in a quite location to relax and within walking distance of all amenities.We dont have a pool at the property but there are hotels and complexes on your door step, if you ask them about their facilities you may be able to use them.
The beach of matagorda is only a 5 minute walk from the property.
It is a beautiful beach and safe for children. The beach has a life guard.
The beach front is pedestrianised so there is no traffic near the beach.
There are many restaurants and shops in the commercial centre, you can also book excursions and hire bikes and cars.
