Casa Florence is a modern bungalow in Matagorda with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The villa sleeps 4 adults or 2 adults and 2 children, it is only a few minutes stroll to the beach, restaurants and shops. It has a south facing garden with sun loungers which takes in the sun all day, so no need to move from the property if you don’t want to. We have wifi and tv. We have 2 comfortable settees to relax on in the evening. The kitchen is fully fitted with an oven, hob, dishwasher, microwave & washing machine. We have a safe in the villa to leave your belongings in. There is parking outside the property. The bungalow is for couples and families and set in a quite location to relax and within walking distance of all amenities.We dont have a pool at the property but there are hotels and complexes on your door step, if you ask them about their facilities you may be able to use them.

Deposit is £150 pounds (non-refundable) with final payment made 10 weeks before arrival.
If you want to cancel your holiday this can be done as long as its more than 10 weeks before arrival. Deposit wont be refunded if you want to cancel your holiday
If it is less than 10 weeks before arrival you can change your dates within the same year for the same price as long as its not changed for christmas or new year, the deposit will not be returned if you do not want to change your dates.
