We require 50% deposit being paid to our Spanish Bank Euro account to secure the dates, then balance a couple of weeks before holiday by transfer. Once the balance has been paid a key code, for self check in, will be sent to go with the directions and address on your confirmation.
The deposit is non-refundable in the event of a later cancellation. However, if reasonable written notice is given and we are able to re-let the accommodation - then we will refund 50% of any monies paid over. If booking is made within a month of travel then we take the full amount at the time of booking.
