Finca Botanico enjoys a peaceful edge of village location on the outskirts of Guatiza, one of the prettiest pueblos on Lanzarote.
Lanzarote's biggest botanical attraction, the Cactus Garden, is right on your doorstep, as are lots of lovely local walks and hikes.
The village of Guatiza boasts amenities such as a small supermarket, local bar and restaurants. The beach at Arrieta is just a five minute drive away and the resort of Costa Teguise is ten minutes drive in the other direction.
There´s a large walk in shower in the bright and light bathroom which has been tiled in Travertine marble. The bedroom boasts a very comfortable memory foam queen size double bed and built-in wardrobes.
The kitchen is equipped with all mod cons, including an electric oven, ceramic hob, toaster, coffee-maker, kettle and washing-machine. Whilst the sitting room features a very comfy three-seater sofa with great views to the garden, a Smart TV with fibre optic WiFi access, hundreds of TV channels and languages, books and DVDs, a wood burner for the colder winter nights and a dining area for two. A safe is also provided for guest security.
Externally, there´s an outdoor shower for cooling off and various seating areas dotted around the tropical courtyard garden in both sun and shade, so guests can really enjoy spending as much time as possible outdoors. There's also a barbecue for those who enjoy cooking outdoors.
The owners have created a great outdoor dining area using an old tree trunk as a table base. And they are real garden lovers - continually improving the courtyard and adding new plants on a regular basis.
The garden provides great colour and interest all year round and hosts a wonderful range of plants including a giant Drago palm - typical of the Canary Islands - Mascarena palms, Traveller palms, African aloes, bananas, strelitzas, hibiscus, passion flower and much more besides.
