Stunning modern villa situated in the prestigious area of Los Mojones, Puerto del Carmen with all amenities to hand. Casa Rossi consists of 5 spacious bedrooms,
on the ground floor there are two twin rooms and a king bed room (with ensuite) and ample room for a cot or extra "put me up" bed if required for a small child. Air conditioning and heating are installed in all bedrooms and the lounge, coin operated and subsidised. There are also two large rooms on the lower level with a large hallway, both of these rooms have plenty of room to add extra "put me up" beds or cots if required, one of the rooms is ensuite whilst the other room has its own separate shower room.

Booking deposit is £1000.00 per week which is non refundable, with the final balance due 8 weeks prior to arrival.

Damage/security deposit £375.00 for 4 guests with each extra guest £75.00 per guest
An agreed non-refundable deposit is payable in order for the Lead Guest to confirm the booking.
The balance of the rental fee is payable not less than 8 weeks before start of rental period. If this payment is not received by the due date, the Property Owner reserves the right to give notice in writing that the reservation is cancelled. Reservations made within 6 weeks of the start of the rental period require full payment at the time of booking.
