For smaller groups we offer great convenience and value by customizing the rental rates for the number of bedrooms required for the group size i.e... a 2 person 1 bedroom rate..... 4 person 2 bedroom rate.... or..... 6 person 3 bedroom rate etc. (Please note, we do not rent to separate parties at the same time) There are 5 full sized bathrooms with large showers, 2 are also en-suite bathrooms, and 1 half bathroom. The architecturally designed high specification home has been designed so that all bedroom and living areas have bathrooms very close-by.
