This apartment at Las Palmeras 111 sleeps 2 and has all modern amenities. Fully fitted oak kitchen with granite worktops with a granite breakfast bar and 2 stools. A 3 digital ring hob & oven, fridge, toaster, microwave oven, iron and ironing board, the cupboards are very well stocked with pots, pans, glasses, dishes which are replaced on a regular basis.
The lounge area is home from home, it as a 2 & 3 seater comfortable settees with modern furniture perfect for watching all your favourite TV programmes from BBC1 ,2, ITV and channel 4, sky sports and movies. Free WiFi.
The bedroom has a double bed with a luxury comfortable mattress. Built in oak wardrobes with free safe and a four drawer unit giving plenty of storage space. Powerful hairdryer is provided. We also provide duvets and blankets for the winter months as well as a heater.
The bathroom as been refurbished and is fully tiled with a large walk-in shower, sink with underneath storage, toilet and a washing machine for guests to use free of charge
The balcony is west facing with a mosaic table with 2 wicker cushioned chairs for comfortable alfresco dining and 2 sunbeds for private sunbathing. There are also 2 sunbeds downstairs which belong to our apartment which can be used round the pool.
The private pool area is a wonderful area to relax, and secure due to the locked gate, there is plenty of room for sun bathing either privately on the balcony or at the poolside. The pool is just at the bottom of our stairs. Best of both worlds.
