This ground-floor modern apartment is situated in the sought after area of Matagorda, Puerto del Carmen. A few minutes walk from the golden sandy beach and Matagorda Commercial Centre where you will find an array of bars, restaurants and supermarkets.

Overlooking the lounge is a breakfast bar with 4 x black leather swivel bar stools. Bedroom has king size 160cm x 200m bed, fitted double wardrobes, bedside tables and mirror. Bathroom with large walk-in double headed shower, twin washbasin, washing machine, mini ironing board, travel iron and hairdryer are supplied for your use.

Terrace is south facing with table, 2 chairs, 2 sunbeds for those of you who are sun worshippers. There is also a large gated unheated outdoor communal pool on the development with a kiddies splash pool for those with small children along with a pool table. Linen, bath/hand/tea towels are all provided but you do need to bring your own beach/pool towels. WIFI is free with this apartment.

You can also hire all kinds of bicycles in this nearby Commercial Centre to explore the vast expanse of beach and immense sea front promenade which are just below the restaurants.
