The one bedroom fully equipped apartment is situated on a beachfront resort with pools, restaurants and supermarket, facing the sea and pool.

For those who like a 'sporty' holiday, there is a 25m heated training pool, tennis court and bike hire.

The apartment is within easy walking distance of Costa Teguise bars and shops. A decorative promenade by the sea offers a 10 minute walk to the centre and has many restaurants en route. There is a full 18 hole golf course also at Costa Teguise.

The lounge has comfortable seating with sofa and armchair and has a dining area also. A second pull down double bed is available within the mirrored wardrobe doors. The bedroom has a queen size bed, side tables with lamps, fully fitted mirrored wardrobes, hairdryer and ceiling fan. Lounge is equipped with smart TV and a DVD player. There is a double vanity washbasin area outside bathroom which has a WC. Bidet, sunken bath with shower.

The terrace has table and chairs for al fresco dining, plus a sunbed allocated to the apartment. The pools are in front of the terrace and there is a sea view too.

There are a few pools on the resort including a 25m heated training pool.
