The complex has a large swimming pool. The Complex has amazing views of the old town harbour and Fuerteventura. The complex is a 5 minute walk to the old town harbour which has plenty of bars and restaurants, the new town strip is a short walking distance or a 5 minute taxi ride away.

The apt has a double bed in the bedroom, large mirrored wardrobes with plenty of hanging space and large drawers either side of the bed so plenty of storage space.
