The villa is close to the coastal path, which provides a very pleasant, short walk down to the Old Town harbour. The nearest supermarket and restaurant are just a 5 min walk away making the self-catering holiday an easy life.

This villa is located on a quiet one way residential street with plenty of on street parking, just a 5 minute walk to the Spar, the nearest restaurants and bar. Walk further on and in minutes you are on the harbour boardwalk and then round the headland you reach the popular Chica beach. Its a perfect place to be located to be in a suburban street yet just minutes to walk to all the amenities Puerto del Carmen has to offer.

The recently refurbished villa is furnished in a smart, modern style with a lovely, recently decorated spacious lounge/ dining room. From the lounge and dining room, doors open on to the terraces and pool area. A beautiful white kitchen makes food preparation and cooking easy here as it has all the mod cons and is well equipped. It has a door through to a spacious utility room which can also be accessed from the patio and is perfect for the storage of beach toys, bikes etc. The very large master bedroom has been beautifully refurbished and is suitable for an extra bed for a child. It has a spacious renovated en-suite bathroom. The double bedroom and twin bedroom rooms share the spectacular modern family shower room which has also been updated.

The outside terraces and pool have been fully renovated (2025) and totally modernise the outside spaces, creating a luxurious and expansive area for relaxing in the shade or sunshine. The villa has a range of terraces all offering privacy. There is a small covered porch terrace with comfy chairs. The villa also has a terrace with table and chairs and the BBQ area. You can see the sea in the distance from both of these terraces and also the mountains from the raised terrace. The doors from the dining room lead to a terrace which is perfect for your sunbeds and alongside the shaded al-fresco dining area with table, chairs and barbecue. Not forgetting the all important pool which has roman stepsfor easy entry and is a good for-skin saltwater pool for your better enjoyment and health. The pool is 1-1.6 metres deep, 7x4 metres (approx.) in size and electrically heated in the winter from November to April inclusive. The pool is surrounded by terracing, providing plenty of space for sunbeds. There is also a mobile umbrella.

The balance is due 2 months before travel. We will email you to remind you when it is due.
The pool is electrically heated from 1 Nov - 30 April and solar heated 1 May - 31 October.

Any cancellation by the Client must be notified in writing directly to the Company. If the notification of cancellation is received by the Company more than six weeks before departure, only the deposit will be retained by the Company.
If six weeks or less, then the following cancellation charges will apply:
More than 4 weeks and up to 6 weeks before departure 40% of the total cost.
More than 2 weeks and up to 4 weeks before departure 75% of the total cost.
2 weeks before departure 100% of the total cost.
