Set in the established residential area of Residencial Montaña Roja, you can walk into the heart of Playa Blanca in 15-20 minutes or drive in just 5 minutes. Taxis are also very reliable and reasonable (approximately 4 to 5€ into the centre of Playa Blanca from the villa).

Inside the villa is complete with comfortable furnishings, with the 4 bedrooms divided into 1 double bedroom and 1 twin bedroom to each floor.

Villa Elysium offers a contemporary feel enjoying fabulous sea views across to Los Lobos and Fuerteventura from the first floor balcony terrace. The villa is set in attractive grounds with lush flowers and shrubs surrounding an inviting pool. The pool has an integral paddling pool, great for the youngest in your group. The covered terrace area and BBQ offers you the delight of dining alfresco.

To secure your booking we require a 25% non-refundable deposit with the balance payable 10 weeks before your arrival. For bookings within 10 weeks of your arrival we require full payment to secure your booking.

Cancellations by the client must be by email from the email account used to make the booking. For cancellations greater than 70 days before your arrival day the 25% deposit is retained by VillasPlayaBlanca Limited. For cancellation of between 70 days and 29 days of your arrival then 50% of your total booking cost is refunded, for cancellations of 28 days or less of your arrival day no refunds are issued.
