The villa is in a quiet road, but is only 5 minutes’ walk to the supermarket and local restaurants/ bars, whilst a 10 to 15 minute stroll will get you to the old town or the promenade.

The pool area, equipped with sunbeds, al-fresco dining facilities and a barbecue, is very private due to the high walls surrounding the garden area. The private pool is popular with our regular clients as it keeps very warm, its central location in the garden creates an oasis to relax and re-charge. Beyond the pool and up a few steps the raised shaded terrace is set up with a lovely comfortable corner sofa for outdoor relaxing or maybe just a few quiet minutes/hours with a good novel. This charming high spec, beautifully decorated villa, set in picturesque, leafy, lower Mojones will appeal to those seeking peace and quiet but within easy reach of the amenities.

We ask for a 20% deposit to secure your booking.
The balance is due 2 months before travel. We will email you to remind you when it is due.

Any cancellation by the Client must be notified in writing directly to the Company. If the notification of cancellation is received by the Company more than six weeks before departure, only the deposit will be retained by the Company.
If six weeks or less, then the following cancellation charges will apply:
More than 4 weeks and up to 6 weeks before departure 40% of the total cost.
More than 2 weeks and up to 4 weeks before departure 75% of the total cost.
2 weeks before departure 100% of the total cost.
