Covid promise: if covid prevents travel or requires quarantine we are offering a free date change or 90% refund on a fully paid stay with a minimum of 48 hours notice.
Any cancellation by the Client must be notified in writing directly to the Company. If the notification of cancellation is received by the Company more than six weeks before departure, only the deposit will be retained by the Company.
If six weeks or less, then the following cancellation charges will apply:
More than 4 weeks and up to 6 weeks before departure 40% of the total cost.
More than 2 weeks and up to 4 weeks before departure 75% of the total cost.
2 weeks before departure 100% of the total cost.
