The villa is ideal for parents with young children as the pool terrace is fenced and gated for child safety. The pool will be heated in the winter months (November to April inclusive), has steps for entry and is surrounded by terracing and flower borders. The pool is a good size for those who wish to swim but there is also space around for sunbeds for those who prefer to relax and watch the swimmers. For the all important al-fresco dining there is in a shaded area with a built-in barbecue by the pool.

The balance is due 2 months before travel. We will email you to remind you when it is due.

Any cancellation by the Client must be notified in writing directly to the Company. If the notification of cancellation is received by the Company more than six weeks before departure, only the deposit will be retained by the Company.
If six weeks or less, then the following cancellation charges will apply:
More than 4 weeks and up to 6 weeks before departure 40% of the total cost.
More than 2 weeks and up to 4 weeks before departure 75% of the total cost.
2 weeks before departure 100% of the total cost.
