Beautifully furnished in a modern style throughout with a super kitchen and refurbished bathrooms, this is an upmarket, spacious, comfortable and stylish villa. The sea view terrace is partially covered and has access from both the kitchen and lounge. To the side of the villa is the private pool and barbecue terrace. The villa is ideal for parents with young children as the pool terrace is fenced and gated for child safety. The pool will be heated in the winter months (November to April inclusive), has steps for entry and is surrounded by terracing and flower borders. The pool is a good size for those who wish to swim but there is also space around for sunbeds for those who prefer to relax and watch the swimmers. For the all important al-fresco dining there is in a shaded area with a built-in barbecue by the pool.
